This base is a replacement for the base used on the P365 X/XL magazine conversion.
This base can be used to make your already converted standard P365 12 round magazine compatible with the X & XL models and grip modules.

Must be used with MagGuts spring and follower.
Not compatible for use with original Sig Sauer spring and follower.

    I swapped my p365 to a p365x with a grip module replacement and so I needed to convert the mag from a grip extension to a flush fit. This went super easy and in 5 minutes I had the mag all set for the new pistol setup.

    Works like a charm! When I switched from my P365 std 12 round mag with the MagGuts to the longer P365XL grip module, I found I needed a different base plate to continue using the MagGuts spring. They conveniently sell just the base plate, saving a lot of money. Kudos to MagGuts.

    I’ll give it a 5 because I know it works. For some reason I thought I had to order the spring kit and base plates. I didn’t know they came together, so now I have two extra base plates. All good though.

    Fits perfect, But magguts could have made the base plate pins to match the factory magazine. That way we could use the factory base plates and after market base plates also, now I cant use my armory craft pinky extentions that I like very much and armory craft refuses to make them for magguts, I dont like magguts baseplate and neither do alot of other people who are replacing it with the tactical dev base pad for magguts.I like the tactical dev base plate, but I like the armory craft pinky extention so much better,its the perfect size,everyone can use after market pinky extentions, except on magguts, just not right

    I changed my frame from the P365 to the XL frame as I like the longer grip. When I originally ordered the Magguts for my 12 round mags I ordered them to fit the shorter 365 grip. So, since I’ve changed the grip module I had to change the base plates. They came quickly and it was easy to change them out in about 5 minutes. I highly recommend the Magguts springs as they are well made and most importantly reliable.

    Don’t fit. They are to thick and don’t allow the locking post to lock the base plate to the mag.

I was was worried about my 12rd Magguts equipped magazines working with the new grip until I found this this replacement baseplate.
